Nadie estará obligado a dar denuncio contra si mismo, ni contra su cónyuge, ni contra sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad. Tampoco estará nadie obligado a denunciar las infracciones que haya conocido por causa o con ocasión del ejercicio de actividades que impongan el secreto profesional.
