Presidente de la Asamblea. El presidente de la asamblea será el del organismo deportivo que la realiza, quien será responsable del cumplimiento de las normas legales, estatutarias y reglamentarias. Los representantes del Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre, (Coldeportes), de los Entes Deportivos Departamentales o del Distrito Capital, y de los organismos deportivos de superior jerarquía, tendrán derecho a voz y su ausencia no impedirá la realización de la asamblea, ni afectará la validez de sus actos.
