Para las fuentes fijas artificiales existentes que operen dos o más procesos no similares, los planes de cumplimiento podrán aceptarse, en cuanto al período de desarrollo, desfasados hasta en cuatro (4) años, dependiendo de la magnitud de los proyectos de control y de los problemas de contaminación que se presenten.
