Cuando no se inscriban candidatos o ninguno de los inscritos acredite los requisitos de conformidad con los términos y condiciones de la respectiva convocatoria deberá ampliarse el plazo de inscripciones por un término igual, adición que deberá fijarse en los mismos sitios y lugares en que se encuentre fijada la convocatoria. Si agotado el procedimiento anterior no se inscribieren aspirantes el concurso se declarará desierto.
