Articulo 11. Carga de prueba En las diligencias administrativas que se adelanten ante el Instituto, y en el proceso de revisión, la carga de la prueba sobre la explotación económica del predio corresponde al propietario. Incumbe, igualmente al propietario probar la fuerza mayor o el caso fortuito alegado.
