Articulo 2º . El Gobierno encarga al Banco de la República de todas las diligencias y gestiones necesarias para llevar a cabo dicha emisión. El Banco se reembolsara con el producto de la emisión de los gastos que haga para efectuarla, inclusive los que demande la emisión de certificados de plata, y le abonara al Gobierno las utilidades que a este le correspondan por dicho concepto.

Parágrafo

Las cuentas correspondientes a estas operaciones serán aceptadas por el Gobierno con la aprobación que les de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
