Las marcas dan a sus dueños el derecho exclusivo de usarlas, bajo las condiciones que adelante se expresarán. Este derecho se justificará por medio de títulos expedidos por el Poder Ejecutivo de la República, bajo el nombre de Registro de mareas , y en la forma que esta Ley determina.
