Con Base En El Contracrédito Efectuado En El Artículo 1°, Acredítese En El Capïtulo Iii Presupuesto De Las Entidades Receptoras Directas De Regalías Y Compensaciones

Decreto 1131 de 2019 · por el cual se ajusta el presupuesto del bienio 2019-2020 del Sistema General de RegalÃas, trasladando recursos del Fondo de Desarrollo Regional a los beneficiarios de asignaciones directas y se dictan otras disposiciones.

° Con base en el contracrédito efectuado en el Artículo 1°, acredítese en el CAPÏTULO III PRESUPUESTO DE LAS ENTIDADES RECEPTORAS DIRECTAS DE REGALÍAS Y COMPENSACIONES. SUBCAPÍTULO I, DEPARTAMENTOS la suma de SETECIENTOS SESENTA Y SIETE Y MIL QUINIENTOS SEIS MILLONES NOVECIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS MIL CUATROCIENTOS TREINATA Y SEIS PESOS MONEDA LEGAL (767.506.982.436), para realizar la compensación correspondiente al año 2018, de que trata el inciso segundo transitorio del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política a las entidades beneficiarias de asignaciones directas, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:

Parágrafo

Los recursos de lo que se trata el presente Artículo se desagregan entre las entidades territoriales beneficiarias de la compensación de asignaciones directas según los montos señalados en el Anexo 2 que hace parte integral del presente Decreto.
