°. Otorgamiento. El Ministro del Interior otorgará mediante resolución, las personerías jurídicas especiales a las iglesias, confesiones, denominaciones religiosas, sus federaciones, confederaciones y asociaciones de ministros, previo estudio de la respectiva solicitud por parte de la Subdirección de Libertad Religiosa y de Cultos, con el visto bueno de la Dirección General Jurídica. El acto administrativo de reconocimiento de la personería jurídica especial, se notificará al representante legal o a su apoderado, en los términos previstos en los artículos 44 y 45 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
