Criterios de calificación de eventos de riesgo. Los criterios de calificación de los eventos de riesgo a que hace referencia el artículo 9° del Decreto 028 de 2008, identificables mediante las acciones de monitoreo y/o seguimiento, considerarán los siguientes indicadores: a) Indicadores cuantitativos, los cuales presentan cuatro posibles calificaciones
