° El artículo 6° del Decreto 671 de 1989, quedará así: De la Selección por los Comités Sectoriales . Recibidas las listas de que trata el artículo 4°, cada Comité Sectorial procederá a seleccionar a los mejores funcionarios del sector y enviará la lista correspondiente al Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil. El número de funcionarios que se deberá seleccionar por cada sector y nivel, será señalado por el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, mediante resolución.
