En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se incluirá la partida a que se refiere el artículo anterior. Pero, si no se hiciere tal apropiación, el pago del auxilio podrá imputarse a las sumas globales que se destinen para el complimiento de la Ley 65 de 1936 .
