VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIA. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto número 316 de 2018, el Decreto número 322 de 2018, en especial el numeral 4 del artículo 2° y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2019.

Decreto 1016 de 2019 · Por el cual se modifica la remuneración de los servidores públicos docentes y directivos docentes al servicio del Estado en los niveles de preescolar, básica y media que se rigen por el Decreto Ley 1278 de 2002, y se dictan otras disposiciones de carácter salarial para el sector educativo estatal.
