Establécense oficinas de comercio en las ciudades de Bogotá, Jiron, Medellin i Cali, las cuales examiuarán en los términos que determine el Poder Ejecutivo, los cargamentos i mercaderias destinadas al espendio en dichas ciudades, a fin de comprobar la conformidad de ellos con los manifiestos presentados en la Aduana del puerto por donde se hizo la introduccion.
