Artículo único. Concédese á la señora Celidonia Llanos, hija legítima del militar de la Independencia señor Pedro Llanos, por una sola vez, la recompensa de cuatrocientos ochenta pesos ($480), que le será pagada íntegramente y en moneda legal.
