Adiciónase un inciso al artículo 68 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, así: “La venta de mercancías al viajero que ingrese desde el exterior al territorio aduanero nacional, se considera una importación y no podrá exceder del cupo a que hace referencia el artículo 207 del presente decreto, ni de tres (3) unidades de cada uno de los siguientes bienes: artículos de uso doméstico, sean o no eléctricos; artículos deportivos y artículos propios del arte u oficio del viajero”.
