Articulo 1.° El artículo 4.° d.cl Decreto número 2147, de 14 de noviembre de 1934, se sustituye en todas sus partes por este otro: Prohíbese la aplicación de vacunas vivas a vacas en estado de preñez, ya estén enfermas o sanas, es decir, ya den reacción positiva o negativa a la prueba científica. La vacunación sólo es aconsejable cuando los hatos están gravemente infectados y es elevado el número de abortos; y debe hacerse por medio de vacunas vivas, atenuadas, para terneras destetadas y para novillas o vacas vacias, dos meses antes del salto por lo menos.
