Repealed

Art. 159. No son excarcelables confianza los reos ó sindicados de los delitos de hurto de cosa que valga más de cien pesos, ó de estafa ó abuso de confianza que valga más de doscientos pesos; ni los sindicados ó procesados por hurto de una ó más cabezas de ganado, cualquiera que sea el valor de los animales hurtados ó robados.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en esta Ley no modifica en nada las Leyes 43 y 51 de 1905.
