Adiciónase El Numeral 5 Al Parágrafo 4 Del Artículo 2

Decreto 766 de 2016 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 2555 de 2010 en relación con las garantías y límites que deben tener los intermediarios de valores en la realización de operaciones de reporto o repo, simultaneas y transferencia temporal de valores.

°. Adiciónase el numeral 5 al

Parágrafo 4

del artículo 2.36.3.3.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010 el cual quedará así: “5. El adquirente en las operaciones simultáneas. No obstante, en el caso en que el adquirente decida disponer de los valores objeto de la operación, el intermediario que actúa por cuenta de este deberá aplicar los límites establecidos en el presente artículo, e informar de esta situación a los sistemas de negociación y de registro de valores así como a los organismos de autorregulación”.
