º Los Directores Departamentales de Instrucción Pública serán los inmediatamente encargados, en cuanto á los establecimientos que no dependan directamente del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, de hacer cumplir el presente Decreto, y podrán imponer multas de $ 5 hasta $ 20 á los empleados que no levanten ó que no envíen los inventarios de la manera como se deja establecida.
