Doctor Juan Martín Caicedo Ferrer. Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social quien lo presidirá o su delegado; . Doctor Luis Fernando Alarcón Mantilla, Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, o su delegado; . Doctor Carlos Arturo Marulanda Ramírez, Ministro de Desarrollo Económico, o su delegado; . Doctor Gabriel Rosas Vega, Ministro de Agricultura, o su delegado; . Doctora María Mercedes Cuéllar de Martínez, Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su delegado.
