Para que las personas naturales o jurídicas obligadas a recaudar las cuotas de fomento de que trata esta Ley, tengan derecho a que se les acepte como costos deducibles el valor de las compras durante el respectivo ejercicio gravable, deberán acompañar a sus declaraciones de renta y patrimonio un certificado de paz y salvo por concepto de dicha cuota, expedido por la respectiva entidad administradora de la Cuota.
