Contratos de uso de red. El texto de los contratos a celebrar entre las entidades usuarias y las prestadoras de la red deberá remitirse a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia con veinte (20) días hábiles de antelación a la celebración de los mismos. Transcurrido dicho período sin que la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia se haya pronunciado sobre los mismos, las entidades podrán proceder a su suscripción.
