El artículo 29 de la Ley 66 de 1968 quedará así: Las multas deberán pagarse por las personas o entidades dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la resolución que las impone y serán convertibles en arresto el cual se aplicará a las personas naturales y a los representantes legales de las entidades en razón de un (1) día por cada cien pesos ($100.00) moneda corriente.
