° Mientras subsista el actual estado de sitio, por las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora y de televisión no podrán transmitirse noticias, informaciones o comentarios relacionados con el delito de secuestro de que trata el Capítulo I del Título XI del Libro Segundo del Código Penal. Las sanciones por las infracciones de lo aquí previsto serán las contenidas en el artículo 17 de la Ley 74 de 1966.
