Todo el que sirva un destino de voluntaria aceptación puede renunciarlo libremente. Si el empleado que oye la renuncia creyere que hay motivos notorios de conveniencia pública en no admitir la renuncia, podrá negarla, pero si se insistiere en ella, la aceptará.
