Los Inspectores del Trabajo, o la primera autoridad civil supergilarán lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, e impondrán las sanciones del caso a los infractores, garantizando el cumplimiento del descanso dominical para los trabajadores a que se refiere el artículo 1º de esta Ley.
