Información. El servicio farmacéutico debe ofrecer a los pacientes, al equipo de salud, a las autoridades del Sector y a la comunidad, información oportuna, completa, veraz, independiente, de calidad y sustentada en evidencia científica sobre medicamentos y dispositivos médicos. La información que solicite una persona sobre el uso adecuado de los medicamentos será ofrecida por el Director del servicio farmacéutico o establecimiento farmacéutico minorista.
