Tránsito de vehículos automotores y de transporte fluvial. Los gobernadores y/o los alcaldes, de conformidad con la recomendación del respectivo Consejo Departamental o Municipal de Seguridad o de los correspondientes Comités de Orden Público, podrán restringir la circulación de vehículos automotores, embarcaciones, motocicletas, o de estas con acompañantes, durante el periodo que se estime conveniente con ocasión de las elecciones, con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
