Los pasaportes que se expidan a extranjeros nacionalizados deben llevar constancia del hecho mismo de la nacionalización.

Podrán recibir pasaporte colombiano las mujeres extranjeras casadas con nacionales, pero en tales pasaportes deberá dejarse constancia de que esta prerrogativa no implica reconocimiento de nacionalidad.
