Art. 3.° Concédese, asimismo, una recompensa, por una sola vez al señor Don José Antonio Sánchez C. de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000), otra á Don Ramón Lotero de dos mil pesos (2,000), y otra al señor Manuel Callejas de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500), cuyas sumas se considerarán incluídas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
