Parágrafo 2

del artículo 366, el último inciso del artículo 773-4 y el numeral 4 del artículo 773-5 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019. Una vez la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) certifique la entrada en funcionamiento de los Servicios Informáticos Electrónicos correspondientes se derogan el numeral 2.3 del artículo 23 y el artículo 180 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019.
