ADQUISICION DE BIENES. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras podrá adquirir los bienes necesarios con destino a su sede o para otros fines relacionados con el cumplimiento de sus objetivos, todo ello dentro de las autorizaciones expresas que en cada caso apruebe la Junta Directiva, con sujeción a las normas legales y reglamentarias que estén vigentes sobre la materia y que sean aplicables a esta entidad.
