Trasládase la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000), dentro del presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia en curso correspondiente al Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, del capítulo 58, artículo 755, al capítulo 57, así: treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) al artículo 745 "para reparaciones y demás gastos de las estaciones radiotelegráficas nacionales," y veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) al artículo 746 "para creación de estaciones radiotelegráficas y radiotelefónicas."
