El Tribunal solo puede negar el recurso de casación en caso de que no se interponga oportunamente y por persona hábil o cuando la cuantía de la acción no alcance a la determinada por la ley, o cuando no verse sobre sentencias definitivas, dictadas en segunda instancia por los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial en los juiciosa que se refieren los artículos 1° y 2°. de esta Ley.
