Los propietarios de predios rurales que celebren los contratos de aparcería que regula esta Ley, podrán obtener la desafectación de los mismos o de la porción respectiva, en caso de que, con base en el artículo 59 bis, de la Ley 135 de 1961 , se encontraren en proceso de adquisición por el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria.
