Resoluciones. Las prestaciones que según este Decreto quedan a cargo del Tesoro Público se regularán por medio de resoluciones dictadas por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional. El reconocimiento de asignaciones de retiro y demás prestaciones que corresponda a la Caja de Sueldo de Retiro se harán por medio de resoluciones del Gerente y aprobadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
