Prohibición de consumo en establecimientos educativos. Para efectos de los fines educativos, se prohíbe en todos los establecimientos educativos del país, estatales y privados, el porte y consumo de estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas.

Será obligación de los directivos, docentes y administrativos de los establecimientos educativos que detecten casos de tenencia o consumo de estupefacientes y sustancias psicotrópicas, informar de ello a la autoridad del establecimiento educativo; tratándose de un menor deberá comunicarse tal situación a los padres y al defensor de familia, y se procederá al decomiso de tales productos.
