La inscripción de las listas de Senadores, Representantes y Diputados se hará en las Alcaldías de la capital del respectivo círculo o circunscripción electoral, antes de las seis de la tarde del día lunes inmediatamente anterior al de las elecciones. La solicitud de inscripción podrá ser hecha por cualquier número de ciudadanos, y a ella se acompañará la constancia escrita de la aceptación de los candidatos.
