Ingreso al escalafón. El ingreso al escalafón de Oficiales se hace en el grado de Subteniente y al de Suboficiales en el grado de Cabo Segundo, salvo las excepciones contempladas en los artículos 21, 24, 25 y 29 de este estatuto.
