El editor deberá depositar en la Oficina de Registro un ejemplar de toda obra impresa que se publique en Colombia dentro de los sesenta días hábiles siguientes a la publicación de la obra. La omisión de este depósito y del ordenado en el artículo 96 de esta Ley será sancionado con una multa igual a diez veces el valor comercial de cada ejemplar no depositado. Cualquier persona podrá denunciar la infracción.
