Suspensión de procesos por acumulación. Decretada la acumulación se suspenderá la prosecución del proceso o procesos que se hallaren más adelantados, hasta ponerlos todos en estado de seguirlos a la vez. No habrá lugar a la acumulación en el caso en que en uno de los procesos se haya dictado sentencia de primera instancia.
