De la totalidad de la tripulación de las embarcaciones pesqueras de bandera extranjera autorizadas para ejercer su actividad en Colombia, no menos del veinte por ciento (20%) será colombiana, porcentaje que se irá incrementando progresivamente en la forma que señale el reglamento que al efecto expida el Gobierno Nacional en desarrollo de la presente Ley.
