º . Modifícase el inciso 2º del artículo 1º del Decreto 1291 de 2003, el cual quedará así: "En consecuencia, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, dicho establecimiento entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual deberá concluir a más tardar el 29 de diciembre de 2006 y utilizará para todos los efectos la denominación Instituto Nacional de Adecuación de Tierras, INAT, en Liquidación y estará adscrito al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural".
