Art. 196. Los autos que dicte la Corte de Cuentas en las apelaciones y los autos de la Sección que estén ejecutoriados tienen fuerza de sentencia definitiva, prestan mérito ejecutivo y no pueden ser revocados por ninguna autoridad ó funcionario.
