Comisiones Departamentales del Interior. El Gobierno Nacional, en coordinación con las autoridades departamentales y por recomendación de la Comisión del Interior, promoverá la creación de Comisiones Departamentales del Interior. Las Comisiones Departamentales del Interior formarán parte del Sistema Administrativo del Interior y sus delegados serán convocados a las sesiones de la Comisión del Interior por el Ministro del Interior y de Justicia.
