ARTICULO 48 . IMPULSO DE LA ACCIÓN . La acción disciplinaria se iniciará y adelantará de oficio, por información proveniente de servidor público o queja formulada por cualquier persona o por otro medio, siempre y cuando amerite credibilidad
Cuando se proceda en virtud de queja o informe, no es requisito indispensable su ratificación.
