° Si al ser promovido o trasladado un empleado a cargo ubicado en diferente categoría cuyo sueldo de ingreso sea inferior al adquirido por motivo de Prima de Antigüedad, el empleado continuará devengando la remuneración alcanzada y sobre ésta se computarán los aumentos por concepto de dicha prima.
