Art. 13. Los Administradores de Circuito gozarán de un sueldo anual hasta de $ 840, á juicio del Gobierno, quien tendrá presente para determinar la asignación respectiva el recargo de trabajo de la Oficina, la mayor responsabilidad del Administrador por la cuantía de los fondos que maneje y las circunstancias locales que influyan sobre el costo de la subsistencia.
