Art. 2°. Los derechos de importación se pagaran en la Tesorería general, menos el quince por ciento (15 por 100) que recaudaran las respectivas Aduanas y que se destinara al pago del personal y del material de ellas, en conformidad con lo que prescribe el Código Fiscal.
